This year was the second Harward Family Reunion at the cabin in Oregon. We lucked out this year and had some very pleasant weather and awesome company. It is always so much fun coming together and reconnecting with people you haven't seen for a long time.
Lance went scuba diving and brought back fresh crab from the bottom of the bay...here is a number of people enjoying the "yumminess".
While Lance was scuba diving and reunion free time was scheduled the rest of us drove over to the coast with the Tucker's and went on a hike down to the ocean
The Taylor girls.
Grandpa got tired of walking so Addy offered to give him a shoulder ride.
It was actually quite warm and the kids had a blast playing in the ocean.
They were all running like crazy through the water with huge smiles on their faces, it was so much fun to watch their excitement.
Everyone else headed back to the cabin but since Ruth had never been to the top of Cape Perpetua and seen this amazing view we hurried and made a quick stop. (I had fallen in the water on the beach trying to jump across some rocks...hence the change in clothes. Lucky for me I actually had a change of clothes in the car.)
Rafting on the river.
Playing in the sand by the river, and enjoying the beautiful and WARM sunshine.
Napping in the grass by the river.
Christie napping while cutting carrots!?!
Nikki and Megan are always awesome at entertaining the kids and involving them all.
The uncles were so great to all get dressed up as ancient prophets to teach the kids some principle of the gospel. It was super fun and they really got into it making it very entertaining for all of us.
Visiting around camp.

It was a great time had by all and we feel so blessed to be part of an amazing family. So here is to looking forward to 2012 when we shall gather again.
